Cannibal Ox – The F-Word (RJD2 Remix)
Cannibal Ox is a New York hip-hop duo made up of Vast Aire and Vordul Mega, with El-P, the founder of the Definitive Jux label, handling the lion’s share of production. Their first record,The Cold Vein, has been heralded as a major turning point in both hip-hop production and lyrical organization. RJD2 is Ramble John Krohn, a hip-hop producer. RJD2 was born in Eugene, Oregon, and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Until recently, he was part of the Definitive Jux label and produced tracks for many of its artists, as well as having a solo career. In 2006, RJ “ditched hip-hop” for the indie-rock label XL, releasing The Third Hand in March 2007. -

Although the two lived in Leeds at the same time for a period and frequented the same clubs, it wasn’t until 1998 when the pair were living in London that they were introduced by a mutual friend. -

For his debut album, LaMontagne won four awards, including three Boston Music Awards (Best Male Singer/Songwriter, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year) and an XM Nation Music Award for Acoustic Rock Artist of the Year.

J Majik (real name Jamie Spratling) hails from Northwood, England and has been a drum and bass DJ since his early teens in the early 1990s, releasing his first track as early as 1992(as DJ Dextrous ) on the Planet Earth record label.
