    Beastie Boys – Make Some Noise
    Beastie Boys are an American hip-hop trio from New York City, United States: Brooklyn and Manhattan. The members are Mike D (real name Michael Diamond), MCA (Adam Yauch), and Adrock (Adam Horovitz).
    The Beastie Boys were the first successful white rap group and one of the few acts from the early days of hip-hop that still enjoy major success. Their rock and punk-influenced rap has had a significant impact on artists both in and outside the hip-hop scene, and they were the first rap group to gain a substantial following with alternative rock fans.

    Bobby “Boris” Pickett (born Robert George Pickett, February 11, 1938 – April 25, 2007) was a Somerville, Massachusetts-born musician and actor, best known for singing and co-writing the 1962 hit novelty song “Monster Mash”. Pickett performed the track in an impersonation of veteran horror film stars Boris Karloff, and Bela Lugosi (as in the line “Whatever happened to my Transylvania Twist?”).

    Erratic punk parodists The Bollock Brothers have been led over the years by erstwhile singer Jock McDonald, their output ranging from inspired silliness to lame stupidity. The group debuted in 1983 with a double novelty album called The Last Supper; Horror Movies was thier biggest hit, later in the year, they released one of their more infamous projects, a total re-recording of the sole Sex Pistols album, this time titled Never Mind the Bollocks 1983, complete with synthesizer arrangements and a few altered lyrics.

    The Who are an English rock band formed in Shepherd’s Bush, West London, United Kingdom, in 1964. They grew to be considered one of the greatest and most influential recordings groups in the world; they are also famed for their prowess as a live band—winning awards and being described as “possibly the greatest live band ever”—primarily due to their energetic, loud performances and their smashing of instruments. The primary lineup consisted of Pete Townshend (lead guitar, vocals), Roger Daltrey (lead vocals), John Entwistle (bass, vocals) and Keith Moon (drums, vocals).

    Roxy Music are an art rock group which formed in 1971 in London, England. The band’s original lineup consisted of Bryan Ferry (vocals, keyboards), Phil Manzanera (guitar), Andy Mackay (saxophone, oboe), Brian Eno (synthesizer, “treatments”), Graham Simpson (bass) and Paul Thompson (drums, percussion). Simpson left the band in 1972, and Eno left in 1973. After Eno left the band, he was replaced by Eddie Jobson (synthesizer, violin).

The band consists of John McCrea (vocals, guitar), Xan McCurdy (guitar), Gabe Nelson (bass), Vincent DiFiore (trumpet, keyboards, vocals) and Paulo Baldi (drums). The band has released six albums: Motorcade of Generosity (1994), Fashion Nugget (1996), Prolonging the Magic (1998), Comfort Eagle (2001), Pressure Chief (2004) and Showroom of Compassion (2011). The band has been very successful on American alternative radio, with nine of their singles appearing on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart between 1993 and 2011.

    Rusted Root – Send Me On My Way
    Rusted Root is an alternative/bluegrass/jam band which formed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1990. The band consists of Michael Glabicki (vocals, guitar), Colter Harper (guitar), Dirk Miller (guitar), Patrick Norman (bass, percussion), Liz Berlin (percussion, vocals) and Jason Miller (drums, percussion). Every member of the band has proficiency in African drums, and this lends to the band’s strong percussion, which draws from Middle-Eastern, African, Latin, Native American and funk influences. The band is best known for their 1995 hit single “Send Me On My Way” which has been featured in dozens of films and television shows.

They had the idea to create the band while watching MTV in their London flat and originally intended to call the project Gorilla. The band is comprised of four fictional band members: 2-D (vocals, keyboard), Murdoc Niccals (bass), Noodle (guitar, vocals), and Russel Hobbs (drums).

He is also a cousin of the late Robert Quine. Formerly of the 3 piece band The Barnburners from Akron from 2000 until 2002. Auerbach became infatuated with blues music during his childhood after being exposed to old records by his father.

They debuted with “in stereo” in 2001 performing at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 2 days after the release. Since then, they have been causing a major stir within the Japanese Indies scene. Their second mini album “ammonite” (2003) debuted at #3 in the national indies chart and remained in top 30 for 6 month.

    The Trashmen began in 1962 as a Rock and Roll band. The lineup at that time was Tony Andreason: Lead guitarist and vocalist; Dal Winslow on rhythm guitar and vocals; Bob Reed, bass guitarist and vocals; and Steve Wahrer on drums and vocals. The group disbanded in 1967, reunited in the 1980’s, and continued to play together until the untimely death of Steve Wahrer. Some time after esophageal cancer claimed Steve in 1989, Tony Andreason’s younger brother, Mark, took over as drummer for the group. In 2007, The Trashmen joined the revival movement of the popular groups of the 60’s …with the original members.
